		<description>There are so many reasons why you should avoid browser caching with your site, and I believe you list all of them. As browsers continue to change and new ones are introduced you are asking for new problems down the road. As each browser re-defines their cache options and requirements you might find yourself constantly fixing your utilization strategy just to catch up.</description>
